I’m Josh Bell, founder of JM Hospitality & Events, with more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the hospitality industry.
My career began in hotels, where I worked in guest services and learned early on that great hospitality is about more than simply meeting expectations. It’s about making people feel welcomed, cared for, and valued from the moment they arrive.
My passion for hospitality eventually led me into the culinary world. I began cooking, which opened the door to catering, event planning, and creating memorable experiences for guests. Along the way, I also built experience managing both short- and long-term rental properties.
Each chapter of my career has given me a deeper understanding of what goes into a successful hospitality experience. From the first conversation with a guest to the details happening behind the scenes, I’ve learned that consistency, preparation, and personal attention make all the difference.
