JM Hospitality Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the JM Hospitality website and, when expressly accepted as part of a transaction, purchases, rentals, and services provided by JM Hospitality. “You” means the person using the website or the customer entering into a transaction.
Please read these Terms before submitting an order or booking. Transaction terms will be presented for acceptance before a purchase or booking is completed. A written agreement accepted by you and JM Hospitality controls over these Terms if the two conflict, subject to applicable law. Merely browsing our website does not reserve equipment, create a service agreement, or authorize a charge.
1. Our Services
JM Hospitality offers hospitality supplies, event equipment rentals, and related services as described in our written proposals and agreements. Property management or other specialized services require a separate written agreement defining the scope of work, responsibilities, fees, and authority to act.
Website descriptions provide general information. Only the products, quantities, dates, locations, and services listed in your accepted order or agreement are included. We do not guarantee rental income, occupancy, event attendance, or any other financial or business outcome.
2. Eligibility and Customer Information
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order or book services. If acting for a business, property owner, or another person, you represent that you have authority to enter into the transaction on their behalf.
You agree to provide accurate contact information, billing details, delivery instructions, and information needed to perform the services. Notify us promptly of changes that could affect your order or booking.
3. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes, including learning about our services and submitting legitimate inquiries.
You may not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with website operations, submit fraudulent requests, impersonate another person, or use website content in a way that infringes another party’s rights. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse or security concerns.
4. Quotes and Booking Confirmation
Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote. Availability is subject to confirmation, and submitting an inquiry or receiving an estimate does not reserve a date, product, or rental item.
A booking is confirmed only after we issue written confirmation and you satisfy the disclosed acceptance and payment requirements. Requested changes are subject to availability and written approval. We will disclose any additional cost before proceeding with a change.
If we discover a material pricing or description error before acceptance, we will provide corrected information. If discovered after acceptance, we will contact you to agree on a correction or cancel the affected portion and refund payments for that portion. We will not impose a higher price without your agreement.
5. Prices and Payment
The accepted quote, order, or agreement identifies the price, payment schedule, and applicable taxes. Delivery, setup, pickup, cleaning, and other charges must be disclosed before acceptance or separately approved by you.
Deposits, reservation payments, and security deposits have different purposes. Their amounts, application, refund conditions, and payment deadlines will be stated in your agreement. A payment is not automatically nonrefundable simply because it is called a deposit.
You authorize only the payments expressly agreed to in your order or agreement. Additional charges require a disclosed contractual basis and any payment authorization required by law or the payment provider. Upon request, we will provide an itemized explanation of additional charges.
If a required payment is overdue, we may pause unperformed services or release a reservation after giving notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, subject to your agreement and applicable law. Interest, late fees, or collection costs apply only when disclosed, agreed to, and legally permitted.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation deadlines, refund eligibility, reservation fees, and rescheduling conditions will be disclosed in the quote or agreement before you commit. Send cancellation or rescheduling requests using the contact details below;
